Exchange/Returns Policy
Raw Pearls greatly values your custom and our mission is to provide you with a superior level of quality, service and satisfaction.
However, please choose carefully, as you are not entitled to an exchange or a refund if you make an incorrect choice or simply change your mind.
All merchandise is very carefully checked for damage or faulty workmanship prior to leaving our store.
Raw Pearls offers a 100% money-back guarantee on all merchandise if the item is damaged (and the damage has not been caused by wear and tear) or does not match the stated description. If you find this to be the case, the product, together with the original invoice must be returned to our store within fourteen (14) days of the date of the invoice or the date of shipment in its original packaging and condition and without have been worn. Damaged items returned after fourteen (14) days from the date of invoice or the date of shipment will not be exchanged or refunded.
Raw Pearls offers a 100% money-back guarantee on all merchandise if the workmanship is found to be faulty (and the faulty has not been caused by wear and tear). The faulty item, together with the original invoice must be returned to our store within three (3) months of the date of the invoice or the date of shipment in its original packaging. Where possible the faulty item will be exchanged like for like or, if not possible, for another item of equal value. This guarantee does not apply to custom-made orders or to merchandise which has been modified at the request of the customer. Faulty items returned after three (3) months from the date of the invoice or the date of shipment will not be exchanged or refunded.
All refunds will be made in the same manner as the initial purchase.
Insurance for items returned to Raw Pearls will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Shipping
Raw Pearls uses Australia Post's Platinum Express postal service for Domestic deliveries and Federal Express (FedEx) for International deliveries. Freight charges on purchases from Raw Pearls over $2,000 (in any one transaction) will be paid for by Raw Pearls. Freight charges on purchases from Raw Pearls under $2,000 (in any one transaction) will be added to the customer's invoice. Purchased items will be dispatched from our store in Adelaide within 1 to 3 business days from receipt of purchase (excepting circumstances beyond our control).
Raw Pearl's carries insurance through AON Risk Services Australia Limited (AON), however, absolutely NO RESPONSIBILITY will be accepted beyond the limitations of that insurance for lost, stolen or damaged items once those items have been dispatched from our store.
